Set up the structure for a revenue model by identifying subscription formats with accompanying sales prices and forecast sales numbers. Estimated the accompanying cost-related assumptions (product development, marketing and sales, ICT costs). Incorporated this information into a simulation model, built in Excel. Additionally, constructed a dynamic dashboard to change key parameters and carry out a sensitivity analysis.
