Several years after the incorporation of ABN/AMRO divisions within the Deutsche Bank, they needed more insight into the running and streamlining of a number of bank processes.

Optimisation of several bank processes, including cash management and early collections.

Approach

Together with the management consultancy Turner, inventoried the cash management and early collections processes using interviews, workshops and data analysis. Drew up and piloted an improvement plan, and advised the organisation on its implementation.
