Managed a project team of information analysts, lawyers and actuaries in the step-by-step optimisation and automation of the insurance and investment processes, and translated legal policy into business and system requirements. These were used to make system adjustments and make policies more identifiable. Automation has reduced the chance of mistakes during handling.
