After acquiring a series of payments and card processing companies in various countries, Atos Wordline needed a new collective business plan to answer a number of existential questions: why and for whom do we exist? What future scenarios are possible, and what product/market combinations are profitable within these?

Approach

Led the international business case team. Developed new product and market strategies with the business plan team. Subsequently designed a financial scenario analysis model with the controllers and operational managers from the different countries.
