Business case, redesign HR function

Within the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (Social Insurance Bank), the format and scope of the HR function was no longer aligned with the primary process. Susanne therefore investigated various possible designs from a functional and IT support perspective. Using one business case for each scenario, the organisation was able to take a well-founded decision about the use of resources.

Approach
