As a result of automation and the changing nature of the services it provides, the Rabobank Financial Service Centre expects to be carrying out new activities in the short to medium term. These changes in skills and responsibilities needed to be discussed with staff.

Task description

Identified the impact of internal and external developments on duties and skills required of employees in the finance chain.

Approach

Guided the management team in identifying skills profiles and the change process. Helped to concretise the management team’s ideas and convert them into appealing images. These were used generically and to tell employees about the approaching changes and the new skills expected of them.
