Transparent operational costs

The Belastingdienst (tax authority) wanted a better insight into the operational costs of the entire organisation. Partly at the request of the government, it needed to identify the cost of each service and segment, and to gain more control over operating costs by making them more predictable.

Approach

Acted as sounding board for the client and designed information system. Developed scenarios to predict the impact. Realised a new cost model and funding methodology. Using technical expertise, helped efficiently to translate concepts into practice, take the organisation forward and speed up the process.
