Delta Lloyd wanted an insight into the initial and ongoing costs of its insurance products for internal and external reporting requirements. It also needed to professionalise its current cost-price model and make it more user friendly.

Approach 

Advised the project team on the best design choices for the model, by sharing branch best practices and advising on data collection and processing methods. This resulted in a set of reports offering an insight into the costs of each product and the fixed and variable factors on which these are based. In addition, Susanne guided the project team in the design and construction of a professional model.
