Optimisation of financial processes

ExpertCollege, an educational institute for e-learning and blended learning in the medical sector, had developed from start-up to scale-up. This transition made it necessary to re-evaluate and improve processes that had grown organically since the initial period.

Task description

Identified, simplified and optimised financial processes, such as registration, billing and debt management.

Results

  • Cleaned up bookkeeping
  • Created new process diagrams
  • Trained team

Approach

Identified the existing financial processes with key figures from the organisation. Examined and prioritised the bottlenecks. Based on this, redesigned the most important processes with a plan of action for the required ICT and organisational adjustments.
