Cost management implementation

ING wanted an insight into the costs of its total retail portfolio. An important focus of this was not only to look at ICT or sales processes, but to identify the entire value chain, so that a view of the integral costs emerged.

Task description

Set up a value-chain model for banking processes and incorporating this into a data warehouse for integral ING cost insight.

  • Cost-price overview for each product
