As part of the possible sale of a business, there was a need for additional substantiation of logistics process costs and the cost per product group.

Task description

Establishing a model that identifies the logistics activities of Vroegop-Windig and makes the costs of activities, products and clients transparent.

Approach

Guided the Control department in the design, collection of data and construction of cost-price models for the entire handling and distribution chain of AGF products. In six weeks, designed and built a model that served as underpinning for the sale of a business division. This was subsequently used to give a better insight into the costs of the other subsidiaries.
