The Planning & Control department needed extra expertise in cost management, dashboards and the connection of this knowledge with other departments, both in the financial column and the primary process itself.

Task description

Carrying out diverse planning and control activities such as cost-price calculation, analysis of monthly reporting, and aligning reports with actuarial department, accounts administration and product managers.
