In order to redesign an insurance product, Nationale Nederlanden wanted to make a rapid inventory of stakeholders, the scope and feasibility of the planning process, and the resources required.

Approach

Drew up a project brief for the commercial and technical redesign of the product. Parallel to this, set up a project team including representatives of all technical and commercial disciplines, and handled all related communication with the project board and management. This laid the foundations for further implementation.
