IT integration business case

Delta Lloyd built a complex business-case model within the framework of an IT integration. It needed to make this into a more practical and workable tool in which new assumptions could be incorporated in order to re-evaluate the business model.

Approach

Carried out analysis of existing model. Together with the programme manager, determined the key principles for a simplified version. Converted Excel version to a more practical business case design. Subsequently incorporated the new assumptions and re-evaluated the existing IT integration business case.
