Implementation and continued development of cost management.

Susanne set up a cost model for Centraal Boekhuis (now CB Logistics) and integrated this within the planning and control cycle. By speeding up the data-collection process and further improving its interface, the organisation is able to report more frequently and use the results for multiple planning and control applications.

Optimised data-collection process and supported controllers and CFO in embedding cost management in the entire planning and control cycle. Reports drawn up and presentations to the Supervisory Board supported.
