Implementation and continued development of cost management.

Susanne set up a cost model for Centraal Boekhuis (now CB Logistics) and integrated this within the planning and control cycle. By speeding up the data-collection process and further improving its interface, the organisation is able to report more frequently and use the results for multiple planning and control applications.
