Set up multi-year plan for the service centre that performs back-office processes for mortgages and other financing products. As a result of market growth and ICT developments within Rabobank, the centre needed to determine its strategy for several years ahead.

Guiding the management team in designing and reassessing the organisation’s multi-year plan.

Approach

Interviewed stakeholders and identified ‘hot issues’. Led workshops with the management team to arrive at a collective vision. Drew up and assessed scenarios together with the management team. Incorporated the outcomes in a final document.
