The group needed a quick scan, to look at where improvement opportunities lay and decide what it was and was not going to do.

Assessed the current situation and outlined possible future scenarios for the group.

Developed four future scenarios
Produced one business case for each scenario

Approach

Carried out a critical review, particularly highlighting the quantitative aspect, and thus developed profitable scenarios for the advisory group within FME. Developed a business case for each scenario, and a quantitative analysis used as a baseline.
